INTRODUCTION:
Fand J are the code names for square and rectangular cold formed hollow steel, sometimes known as square pipe and rectangular pipe, respectively.
1.Except for the wall thickness of the corner and weld area, the allowable deviation of square rectangular pipe wall thickness shall not exceed positive or negative 10% of the nominal wall thickness when the wall thickness is less than 10mm, and positive or negative 8% of the nominal wall thickness when the wall thickness is greater than 10mm.
2.The most common delivery length for square rectangular tube is 4000mm-12000mm, with the majority being 6000mm and 12000mm. Square rectangular tube allows delivery of short and irregular products up to 2000mm in length; it can also be sent in the form of an interface tube, but the client must remove the interface tube before use. Short and irregular length products must not weigh more than 5% of the whole delivery quantity, and square rectangular tubes with a theoretical weight greater than 20kg/m must not weigh more than 10% of the total delivery quantity.
3. The bending degree of a square rectangular tube must not exceed 2mm per meter, and the overall bending degree must not exceed 0.2% of the whole length.
