XH-CL-18 Low pressure centrifugal fan

Product Introduction

 XH-CL-18 type centrifugal fan is generally used for factories and large buildings ventilation. This type of centrifugal fan can be used to input and output gas, conveying air or other gas not self-ignite combusting, explosive, volatile, harmless to the human body, corrosive to the steel, and there shall be no viscous material in the gas, dust and hard particles contained in the gas shall not greater than 150 mg/m3,and gas temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃

Before starting the fan, the following preparations should be made:
1Close the adjusting door.
2Check the clearance size of each part of the fan, whether there is scraping, friction and collision between rotating part and the fixed part.
3No one is allowed to stand near the impeller radius, coupling or pulley. The coupling or pulley shall be equipped with a safety cover, which shall be equipped by the user.
4Check whether the bearing lubricant is up to standard.
When the fan starts to normal speed, gradually open valve until the specified load. In the running process, bearing temperature shall not be higher than 40 ℃ and surface temperature shall not be higher than 70 ℃.
If it is found that the fan has violent vibration, impact, bearing temperature rises rapidly and other common phenomena, it must be stopped immediately to find out the reason.
