Mortgage insurance (MI) subsidiary of Radian Group, Radian Guaranty has introduced its MI rate finder application, Radian Rates, for Android devices on Google Play.
Radian Rates is a mobile version of the company's existing online rate finder and offers lenders mobile access for a fast and reliable MI rate.
Designed for users to check eligibility and compare options for the best product, Radian Rates automatically calculates the MI rate depending on the input loan criteria.
Radian's chief franchise officer and head of sales Brien McMahon said, "Based on the positive feedback from our App Store release, we wanted to expedite a version for Android to ensure we were providing all of our customers with the ability to access our rates in seconds on their smartphone, wherever they are, to better accommodate their busy schedules."
