Systems Labelling Aids Major South African Product Launch

The "Vit" flavoured water range includes 4 variants which display a distinct metallised label design.

The "brushed metal" finish has been achieved by sharing technical knowledge from both the South African design agency and the Deeside based technical team from Systems Labelling.

Spokesman Paul Byard said: "We pride ourselves on our positive approach to NPD, working with customers to deliver the best result from the combination of standard materials, inks and varnishes."

Commercial manager Michael Cairns from the Irish beverage supplier Kilkenny Nutritional added: "By working collaboratively Systems Labelling have achieved a premium finish that has enhanced the product offer. We all know the importance of shelf stand-out and the practical requirements of packaging. In this case Systems Labelling have delivered on both counts."

The finish is available in both cut & stack and self-adhesive label formats in either polypropylene and paper stocks.

Systems Labelling supply a broad range of label products including self-adhesive, inmould and cut & stack on inhouse coated synthetic stocks.

The North Wales site has recently joined the Americk Packaging Group of companies which includes Webtech, Marchmont, ASP Flexibles and Primopost.

The combined group offers labelling, cartons and flexible packaging solutions.
